Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position runs from July 31, 2026, to May 26, 2027, with a standard 35-hour workweek, Monday through Friday. Assignments and caseloads are determined based on need and will span early childhood through high school students.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s, Specialist, or Doctorate degree in School Psychology required
• Active Colorado CDE Special Service Provider License with School Psychology endorsement
• Demonstrated previous school-based experience
• Strong assessment, report-writing, and crisis intervention abilities
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Proven interpersonal effectiveness supporting diverse communities
• Strong technical proficiency and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct group and individual counseling to students aligned with IEP mental health goals
• Develop and implement interventions addressing academic, behavioral, emotional, and social needs
• Conduct cognitive, behavioral, social, and emotional assessments; interpret findings and author reports
• Collect data and craft Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Engage in crisis management, including risk and threat assessments, safety planning, and urgent response
• Participate in IEP meetings, special education team meetings, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely records: progress notes, evaluations, monitoring logs, and educational impact statements
• Foster collaboration with families, teachers, external providers, and community agencies
• Provide psychoeducation, professional development, and consultation for students, staff, and families
• Facilitate access to community resources and support interventions for students with IEPs and 504 plans
