Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is perfect for experienced Social Workers passionate about serving diverse populations across early childhood through high school age groups, with assignments distributed based on availability and preference.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver direct mental health services to promote student achievement and emotional development.
• Address personal, economic, or psychological challenges that may impact students’ performance, behavior, or socialization.
• Intervene with students facing attendance, behavioral, or distress-related issues.
• Refer students and families to community resources or outside agencies as appropriate.
• Assess and document student needs, progress, and behavioral patterns, maintaining detailed case records.
• Counsel students and create individualized treatment plans or group workshops to support remediation.
• Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and administrators to foster holistic support for at-risk students or groups.
• Uphold confidentiality, and adhere to all school and district protocols.

To succeed in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Colorado Special Service Provider license (School Social Worker, ages birth through 21).
• Demonstrated school-based experience is required.
• Background check and fingerprinting completion (time-sensitive).
• Commitment to fulfill the contract through the entire school year (July 31, 2026 – May 26, 2027).
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday (35 hours per week); flexibility in school assignments.
