Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This onsite, full-time contract role runs from July 31, 2026, through May 26, 2027, offering a chance to impact students from early childhood to high school in dynamic educational settings. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Active Colorado Special Service Provider license (School Social Worker, ages birth–21)
• Previous experience providing social work services within school settings
• Strong assessment skills and the ability to support a wide age range of students
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with educators, families, and administrators
• Preparedness to complete a background check and fingerprinting as required by the district

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored mental health services and interventions for individuals and groups
• Support academic achievement by addressing barriers related to mental health, attendance, and behavior
• Refer students and families to external resources for additional assistance with emotional, economic, or physical challenges
• Communicate student needs and progress with stakeholders to foster a holistic support environment
• Assess and document student progress, recognizing patterns and implementing remediation when necessary
• Lead workshops or provide counseling as part of campus-wide initiatives
• Maintain comprehensive records to ensure continuity and compliance throughout the school year
