Guest Services Supervisor: Create Memorable Arrivals

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Guest Services Supervisor for the DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown in New York, NY. You will lead the bell attendants, ensure a warm welcome, assist with luggage, and guide guests from arrival to room with a focus on memorable service. You will train staff, coordinate with the front desk, and help create a personalized guest experience while maintaining a calm, team-oriented environment.
