As Assistant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to ensure goals are met while fostering a positive workplace culture. In the absence of the General Manager, you’ll step up and take charge of the restaurant. Responsibilities: • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. • Collaborate with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to achieve store goals and drive performance. • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and quality control guidelines. • Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing guidance, coaching, and support. • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient service delivery. Qualifications: • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. • Completion of Papa John’s Manager Development Program through our in-house training platform. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction. • Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role is preferred. Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour
