GTM Operations Manager

Owning the operational and analytical backbone of the revenue engine, the full-time remote GTM Operations Manager will manage Salesforce administration, commission calculations, and contribution margin analysis while producing executive-level reports and collaborating cross-functionally. Key responsibilities Oversee Salesforce administration, including object configuration, reporting, and user management Manage monthly commission calculations and lead the redesign of compensation plans using AI tools Produce and present monthly pipeline reports for the board, ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in GTM Operations, RevOps, or Sales Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration; certification is a plus Proven ability to build and maintain commission calculations and compensation plans Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in contribution margin analysis Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams
