Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Developer / Lead to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and Python-based application development .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI and LLM-powered applications .
• Build and implement RAG pipelines , including document processing, embeddings, retrieval, vector search, and response generation.
• Develop AI solutions using Python, LLM APIs, and modern GenAI frameworks .
• Work with platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic , or equivalent technologies.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies, AI agents, and LLM workflows .
• Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Evaluate and improve LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, latency, security, and cost efficiency .
• Implement appropriate AI guardrails, security controls, and hallucination-mitigation strategies .
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) .
• Strong programming experience with Python .
• Hands-on experience with RAG architecture and implementation .
• Experience with LLM APIs and GenAI platforms .
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel , or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and similarity search .
• Experience with vector technologies such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS .
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices .
• Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud environments .
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD , and modern software engineering practices.

Lead-Level Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for GenAI initiatives.
• Define reusable GenAI architecture patterns, frameworks, and development standards .
• Review technical designs and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready.
• Mentor developers and provide hands-on technical leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement practical GenAI use cases.
• Drive GenAI initiatives from PoC through production deployment .
