Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of LTC experience in acute care or swing bed units
• Ability to work flexible day/night shifts
• Strong communication skills
• Physical stamina
• Ability to follow facility protocols
