Community Manager

Managing day-to-day content publishing and community interactions, the full-time Community Manager will engage with audiences across social media platforms, track performance metrics, and identify trend opportunities while working remotely from Toronto, Canada. Key responsibilities Manage content publishing across various social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Monitor platforms for emerging trends and manage community interactions by responding to comments and discussions Track performance metrics and provide insights to inform content decisions and optimize community engagement Required qualifications Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and communities Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Sprinklr, and content management systems like WordPress Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to social media management and community engagement Experience engaging public sector or advocacy audiences is an advantage
