Tier 1 IT Helpdesk & Security Systems Admin

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Tier-1 IT Help Desk professional to monitor, maintain, and test physical access control, CCTV, and IT systems in support of endpoint devices. You will provide frontline user support, triage calls, and document steps before escalating to senior staff. Responsibilities include monitoring system logs, configuring Windows, applying STIGs, updating antivirus, and supporting application installations.
