Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: New York, NY Duration: Long Term Contract Pay rate : $45 to $55/hr on W2. Job Description:
Partner with business leadership to drive workforce outcomes -- talent engagement, performance, compliance, and retention-through data-led HR governance, proactive stakeholder management, and consistent execution of HR frameworks and policies. Areas of Responsibilities:
• Driving and strengthening associate engagement practices across the unit owned and deploying the policies
• Drive Talent Management processes like Career Management, Performance management, Leadership Development and Hi-potential management
• Organize Town halls, Open Houses and Group Connects by connecting with ISU Leadership
• Responsible for managing communication on policies, business & HR updates, and other organizational developments
• Participate in business meetings, client audits / meetings
Rewards and Recognition
• Handling employee concerns effectively and proactively
• Track associate s competency movement & data currency
• Contributing towards various HR Effectiveness/Strategic Initiatives
