Summary:

**Certifications Required:** BLS, ACLS, NIHSS **Skills & Qualifications:** Competence in Arterial Lines, ability to read and interpret telemetry strips, flexibility, adaptability, good communication skills, team player **Experience:** Need to have experience in handling common diagnoses such as cardiac med/surg, dialysis, cancer diagnosis, vascular issues, sepsis, adult respiratory problems, stroke, post-stent and post-pacer placements, renal failure, and titratable drips like Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, insulin **License:** RN License required to submit **Floating Requirements:** Must be able to float to MedSurg or ICU for PCU acuity patients **Additional Requirements:** Successful passing of an open-book skills exam with a score of at least 90% during orientation, willingness to learn and take feedback, compliance with a fingernail policy banning artificial nails
