SAP Fiori Developer

Job Summary The SAP Fiori Developer will lead the design and implementation of intuitive, scalable, and user-centric SAP Fiori applications across the enterprise landscape. This role requires deep expertise in SAPUI5, UX design principles, and end-to-end SAP Fiori architecture, with hands‑on experience in large‑scale SAP implementations. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of SAP Fiori applications ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Architect and oversee the development of custom Fiori apps using SAPUI5 and OData services. Drive Fiori Launchpad setup and configuration including spaces and pages, business catalogs, and Fiori roles. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless NetWeaver Gateway integration and performance optimization. Guide and govern Key User Extensibility and Adaptability Projects ensuring adherence to SAP best practices. Define and implement enterprise‑wide UX strategies, following Fiori design guidelines and principles. Engage in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integration and extension use cases. Participate in all phases of the SDLC from requirements gathering to production deployment. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for Fiori/UI5 developers. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Fiori applications and infrastructure. Requirements 7+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and architecture. Experience in SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful services. Experience with OData services, NetWeaver Gateway, and SAP backend integration. Experience in large‑scale SAP implementations and rollouts. Experience in Fiori Launchpad configuration, spaces and pages, and catalog/role administration. Experience with UX design principles, Fiori Design Guidelines, and user‑centric design approaches. Nice to Have Familiarity with SAP BTP services including Business Application Studio, SAP Cloud Foundry and SAP Extension Suite. Understanding of RAP development approach and CDS Views. SAP certification in Fiori/UI5 or SAP BTP. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and custom Fiori app developments. Eligibility Requirements US Citizens only (no dual citizenship). Willingness and ability to obtain government Public Trust clearance. Compensation Compensation for this position in the following states: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland ranges from $86,400 – $203,400 USD.
