Contract Recruiter

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Contract Recruiter to support our client's U.S. talent acquisition function within a mission-driven organization focused on digital trust, cybersecurity, governance, risk, and privacy. This Contract Recruiter role will partner closely with hiring leaders to manage full-cycle recruiting while ensuring a strong candidate and hiring manager experience across multiple open requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer and onboarding steps.
  
  
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, align on recruiting strategy, and establish clear process expectations.
  
  
• Create and manage job requisitions and job postings to attract qualified talent.
  
  
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, Boolean search, and open-web sourcing.
  
  
• Coordinate interview logistics and maintain consistent documentation and workflow usage within the ATS.
  
  
• Hold hiring managers accountable for timely candidate feedback (within 24 hours) and maintain a strong, proactive communication cadence.
  
  
• Support technical/IT recruiting needs as required, assessing candidates for hands-on knowledge beyond keyword matching.
  
  
• Maintain compliance with recruiting best practices, employment laws, and internal workflow requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting ownership.
  
  
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing stakeholders in a corporate environment.
  
  
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, proactive sourcing, and Boolean/open-web search techniques.
  
  
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously (including high-volume recruiting exposure).
  
  
• Hands-on experience working in an ATS and following structured recruiting workflows/documentation standards.
  
  
• Strong communication skills, including comfort navigating difficult conversations and driving accountability.
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
