Responsibilities Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline Review applications, interview, and hire or make recommendations to hire hourly employees Direct work by setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training Supervise and oversee production and preparation of food in accordance with established recipes and procedures Conduct formal line Taste & Temps Enforce appropriate security measures to maintain the safety of employees and guests Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and operational goals Requirements We offer a comprehensive total rewards package after 30 days of employment to Restaurant Managers who meet benefit eligibility requirements.
