Closing Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Real Estate Closing Assistant to join a growing commercial real estate transaction team! This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who understands the commercial real estate closing process and enjoys supporting complex transactions from initial file opening through closing. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working with a title company, real estate law firm, or similar organization and will be comfortable managing multiple deadlines, documents, and communications in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with commercial real estate transactions throughout the closing process Open, organize, and maintain transaction files and closing documentation Coordinate with attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders, brokers, and other parties involved in each transaction Order and review title commitments, surveys, lien searches, and other due diligence materials Track critical dates, outstanding documents, and closing requirements Assist with the preparation and organization of closing documents and settlement materials Coordinate signatures, document delivery, funding requirements, and post-closing items Maintain accurate records and ensure files are complete, organized, and properly documented Provide administrative and transactional support to attorneys and other members of the real estate team Qualifications: At least two years of experience supporting real estate closings within a title company, law firm, or related setting Familiarity with the real estate closing process and transaction documentation Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, dependable, and comfortable communicating with clients and outside parties Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn transaction-management and closing software #J-18808-Ljbffr Strategic Recruitment Solutions
