This role will serve as the functional owner of procurement system workflows, configurations, controls, and integrations, partnering closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and business stakeholders.The ideal candidate combines strong procurement process knowledge with systems expertise and a control-oriented mindset. You will translate business and compliance requirements into scalable system configurations, ensure appropriate procurement controls are embedded in workflows, and continuously optimize the user experience and operational efficiency of the procurement process.The Impact You Will MakeOwn the day-to-day configuration of our procurement and travel and expense platforms, including approval routing, policies, fields, rules, templates, and user permissionsDesign and build new procurement workflows and configurations based on evolving business requirementsMaintain a scalable configuration architecture and establish standards for system changesManage system enhancements, testing, releases, and production deploymentsPartner with our procurement platform partners on product enhancements, issues, and roadmap opportunitiesMaintain accurate system documentation, configuration records, and process mapsDesign and maintain system-based controls that enforce procurement policies, approval requirements, delegation of authority, and spend thresholdsConfigure automated routing and approval logic to ensure transactions reach the appropriate stakeholdersIdentify control gaps, process risks, and opportunities for automationPartner with Finance, Internal Audit, Legal, Security, and Compliance to ensure procurement workflows support organizational control requirementsEstablish change-control and governance processes for procurement system configurationMonitor configuration effectiveness and recommend improvements based on audit findings, policy changes, and operational dataManage competing requests and prioritize enhancements based on business value, risk, compliance, and user impactWhat You Bring To The Table3+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or related fieldExperience with procurement tools such as Zip, Coupa, Ariba, or similar platformsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable processesProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience supporting system implementations or transformations is highly preferredExposure to T&E platforms (e.g., Navan) and procurement catalogs is a plusUnited States: $86,500 - $96,000 per year.Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection.
