Position Summary We are seeking an Office Manager who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and partners, manage daily office operations, and provide occasional coordination oftravel and accommodationsfor staff, artists, writers, and guests. Primary Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments & ensuring a warm and professional first impression Manage and organize office and kitchen supply inventories Oversee meeting spaces and locally-owned housing Coordinate team-building events, office celebrations, social activities and gifts Field email inquiries and forward to appropriate departments Arrange and manage travel logistics for Centricity staff, artists, and writers Provide miscellaneous administrative assistance, as needed, such as preparing reports, presentations, monthly updates, etc. Prepare necessary rooms (i.e. conference room, listening room, etc.) for meetings and guests Qualifications & Skills Minimum2 years of office administration experience Warm,outgoing, andcustomer-service orientedpersonality Organizedwith strongattention to detail Excellentinterpersonal,written, andverbal communicationskills Professional and able to handle confidential information Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Positiveteam playerwith a collaborative spirit Notary experienceis a plus Proficient withMac OS, iOS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint #J-18808-Ljbffr
