Intake Coordinator Psychiatric Hospital

Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado

Schedule: Full-Time, Night Shift

7p-7a three 12 every other wknd.

Pay Range: Up to $22 Hour

The Role Itself

• Provides clerical support to the assessment and referral department.
• Maintains documents necessary for admissions.
• Inventories patient belongings.
• Processes consent forms and admission documentation.
• Provides assistance to other units as necessary.
• Communicates with families, patients, or referral sources as needed.
• Handles incoming referral calls from potential clients.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 yrs or older
• Preferred STNA, MHT, BHT
