Service Advisor

Champion Porsche has an immediate opening for an experienced Service Advisor , who is energetic, has a positive attitude and who has the desire to provide the highest degree of customer service and integrity. 2+ Years’ experience required as a Service Advisor with a high line automotive brand. Major responsibilities: Promote the sales of parts and labor Identify and understand the customer's service needs Document the service needs, repair information, and vehicle condition upon arrival by completing walk around inspection in the service drive. Ensure the repair order is accurate and complete Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with warranty specifications. Inspect the vehicle to make sure it is ready for return to the customer Maintain customer follow-up system according to guidelines Ensure service level provided to the customer is worthy of achieving CSI scores of 96.0 or better Good communication skills with customers in person, on the telephone and via email.
