This role offers direct interaction with U.S. operations leadership while working closely with engineering teams in Germany, creating a unique opportunity to develop both technical and global business experience.Industrial Engineer Responsibilities:Design and improve manufacturing and assembly processes from the ground upDrive workflow, throughput, layout, and efficiency improvements across production operationsLead and support Lean and continuous improvement initiativesAnalyze production performance, material flow, costs, and operational metricsDevelop and maintain work instructions and process documentationPartner closely with production, fabrication, and assembly teams to improve overall operational effectivenessCollaborate regularly with international engineering teams to align on standards and best practicesTravel to customer and global locations to support projects and operational initiativesRequirements for Industrial Engineer:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related fieldApproximately 1.5-5 years of Industrial Engineering experienceExperience in assembly-focused manufacturing environmentsLean, Six Sigma, process improvement, or continuous improvement experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholdersERP experience (SAP preferred) and strong Microsoft Office skillsCAD experience is a plusAbility to travel up to 30%Why This Opportunity Stands Out:High-visibility role with direct exposure to global engineering leadership.
