Family Law Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Florida to manage a diverse caseload with the support of a collaborative team. Duties Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support issues. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Develop case strategy and provide practical legal advice. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Florida family law. Comfortable in a courtroom setting. Strong writing and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a busy docket efficiently. Education JD from an accredited law school. Certifications Active Florida Bar membership in good standing. Skills Spanish-language ability is a plus.
