Fradei Bistro is a 20-seat restaurant in the heart of Fort Greene that opened in December, 2018.
Open 5 days a week, Tuesday through Saturday.
If you would like to work as a line cook in a small but high performing kitchen focusing on seasonal ingredients, we would love to meet you.
At least one year of kitchen experience is necessary along with basic knife skills. We are looking for candidates who are organized, passionate, and eager to learn. A good attitude is necessary. If this sounds like you, we would love to meet you! Please note, open availability is required.
Qualified candidates must have:
- 1+ year of experience working on the line in a busy kitchen environment
- General knife skills
- Understanding of classic cooking techniques
- Ability to prep and organize all mise en place for your station
- Ability to maintain your own station throughout a service
- A cleanly, organized approach to working that follows NYC DOH protocols
- Open availability
