Knapp, WI Area
$20.00-$22.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Four-Day Work Week

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Experienced Welder/Fabricator for a well-established manufacturing company in the Knapp area . If you're a skilled welder who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys working with structural steel, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a steady schedule, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Perform MIG welding and fabrication on structural and miscellaneous steel products
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols
Measure, cut, fit, and assemble steel components to specification
Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment and tools
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work closely with team members to meet production schedules and customer expectations

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of welding and fabrication experience
Experience with MIG welding (structural steel experience preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and accurately use tape measures and other measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
