We’re looking for a dynamic enterprise Account Director to join our team and drive growth with leading healthcare provider organizations. In this role, you’ll manage a small portfolio of strategic accounts, collaborate closely with product and engineering to shape impactful solutions, and own revenue targets while influencing company strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about transforming healthcare through data and AI, who thrives in a high-growth, cross-functional environment.
As Account Director, you will:
- Manage a small number of key provider accounts, developing and executing strategies for a comprehensive account plan
- Lead enterprise prospects through the full journey—from consideration to successful deployment
- Partner with product and engineering to build and execute customer programs and projects
- Own and achieve a revenue target
- Manage revenue forecasts
- Analyze key account metrics to create reports and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Closely monitor the industry landscape (people, competitors, partners, etc.) to contribute to product roadmap and other corporate strategies
The ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years selling software solutions to healthcare providers, ideally in the clinical decision support space
- A track record of achieving revenue targets of >$1M annually for at least 3 years
- Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders, ideally around data and AI
The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000.
