Position Summary What you'll do... Walmart is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for a complex product or closely related product set. Members contribute to shaping product vision while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence. What you'll do Define and own multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products, leveraging market and competitive insights. Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, coordinating discovery, development, launch, and value realization with cross-functional teams. Build structured customer and business understanding using data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms to prioritize impactful solutions. Lead stakeholder alignment and influence technical direction through collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Analytics partners. Utilize data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product outcomes. Mentor product managers on roadmap development, launch readiness, and customer-centric practices. What you'll bring Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for complex or related products. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Demonstrated ability to apply data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation, to guide product direction. Deep understanding of emerging technologies and software product management principles. Experience translating customer insights and market trends into prioritized, measurable problem statements and product outcomes. Ability to mentor and elevate less experienced product managers, fostering rigorous discovery and launch readiness. The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock Minimum Qualifications Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years' experience in product management or related area. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
