THE POSITION

Location: Minneapolis, MN (55414) Hours: Days & Evenings Days - Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturdays 6-hour shifts Evenings - Every day of the week: Sunday through Saturday 7-hour shifts Client Specifics: 4 year old with a g-tube Location: Minneapolis (55414) Hours: Days Monday through Friday** Client Specifics: 16 year old Location: Minneapolis (55406) Hours: Part Time Days Days Monday, Saturday & Sunday 8-hour shift Client Specifics: 8 year old with trach, vent, and a g-tube Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. TRAINING & SUPPORT

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
