Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Transcendence Counseling Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and confidentiality standards.

• Conducting regular sessions to evaluate client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring personalized treatment plans designed to meet the individual needs of your clients.

• Maintaining timely and precise documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, using our electronic record system.
\n
• Participating in weekly individual supervision and interdisciplinary meetings to enhance the quality of care.

• Engaging collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for your clients.

• Embracing a growth mindset to refine therapeutic skills and contribute to team initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with an outpatient population encompassing a variety of mental health concerns. Our clients include individuals of all ages, from children struggling with anxiety to adults facing depression and relationship issues. Your role will be integral in helping these clients navigate their challenges and improve their emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted, independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Comfort and proficiency in using various computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the basic qualifications, candidates with the following experience will be prioritized:
