Employee Resources & Benefits Specialist

Graybar is hiring an Employee Resources Representative to deliver effective customer service on HR, Payroll and Benefits questions, executing basic HR transactions. You will handle inquiries, maintain HR data in Workday, process pension activities, and ensure data accuracy and compliance. You will explain policies, assist with benefits issues including COBRA and open enrollment, review invoices, train colleagues, and deliver HR reports to stakeholders in a collaborative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Graybar
