What You'll Do:

• Deliver anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical and procedural cases in a Level I Trauma Center
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams
• Document all patient interactions accurately in EPIC EMR
• Support staffing needs and respond promptly during on-call shifts

What You Need:

• Valid Michigan RN license and NBCRNA certification
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum of X years of anesthesia experience (no new graduates)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to respond to on-call demands within 1 hour
