Twin Resources is recruiting for an experienced Accounting Manager to join an organization in the Springfield, Ohio area.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
2+ years of accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Experience managing transactional accounting functions
Team-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive improvements
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting
Maintain general ledger accounts and reconciliations
Prepare and file quarterly CAT and sales tax reports
Monitor accounts receivable and collections activities
Review payroll reports, accruals, and GAAP journal entries
Supervise and support two Accounting Clerks
Own transactional accounting processes and special projects
Partner with leadership to improve accounting procedures and controls
