Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient conditions, utilizing comprehensive assessment tools and evidence-based practices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings in collaboration with patients and their families, explaining evaluation results and incorporating their input in goal setting.
• Effectively implement treatment protocols tailored to each patient's evolving health status and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and modifications to care plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with fellow healthcare professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Participate in discharge planning and provide follow-up care recommendations to support patient recovery post-treatment.
• Meet and maintain productivity standards while effectively managing your schedule and prioritizing patient care.
• Contribute to departmental goals and engage in initiatives to enhance patient access and satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, rehabilitation for chronic pain, neurological disorders, and general mobility issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits
