You'll be the glue that keeps a fast‑moving team aligned and executing flawlessly as the company builds the future of lending. What You’ll Do Manage CEO priorities and special projects , ensuring critical initiatives stay on track. Partner directly with the CEO on internal and external meetings and initiatives. Drive cross‑functional alignment and communication , breaking down silos between teams. Lead internal projects that drive operational excellence — from implementing new systems to streamlining workflows.
