Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments for individuals, couples, and families to identify therapeutic needs.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that address specific issues, such as conflicts among family members, grief and loss, job stress, and parenting challenges.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that may involve both joint and individual meetings to ensure each client is heard and supported.

• Utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to promote positive outcomes in mental health.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation consistent with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Actively participating in team meetings and case consultations to enhance therapeutic approaches and share insights.

• Staying current with best practices in family therapy and continuously seeking opportunities for professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. You will specialize in dealing with:

• Grief and loss, as well as adjustment to significant life changes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
