Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate mental health concerns, strengths, and needs, helping clients articulate their therapy goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans grounded in assessment data, integrating client feedback for a personalized approach.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Monitor, document, and communicate clients' progress effectively, employing a dynamic approach to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Foster collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers to deliver integrated and holistic mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
