What Can You Expect

• This position is primarily responsible for leading all key deliverable functions for the Marketing department and ensuring that all deliverables are fully executed from start to finish.
• Develop, manage, assemble, and submit high-quality key deliverables, including RFQ/RFP and Interview materials, and create supporting graphics as required;
• Lead content/data management efforts as it relates to key deliverables including, but not limited to key project, personnel, and pursuit tracking information through the use of Company CRM and Project Management software;
• Assist with the recruitment, management, training, and motivation of any direct reporting proposal staff in accordance with Company procedures, policies, and employment law.

What You Bring to the Table

• Must have 3+ years of marketing experience in the AEC (Architecture, Construction, Engineering) industry.
• Must have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Liberal Arts, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Experience with CRM and Project Management like Monday.com, Asana, etc. is preferred;
• Ability to work with a team and with senior level management within the Company.
