A 49-bed level III trauma center in scenic southern Colorado just a few hours south of Denver is seeking a Bread and Butter General Surgeon. Bread and Butter general surgery, limited pediatric patients, some comfort with trauma and advanced lap, no vascular or bariatric, upper and lower GI endoscopy is a must..  Hospital employed, .75 - 1 FTE.  Outpatient clinic attached to a 49-bed hospital level III trauma center, with 6-bed ICU.  Inpatient 25% /Outpatient 75%.  Not to exceed 1:3 call.  Competitive compensation.  Sign on bonus and relocation reimbursement.  15-20 patients per day in clinic.  Loan repayment assistance.  Generous benifits package.  Must be comfortable with pediatrics, some trauma, advanced laparoscopy and upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy..
