Other Job Functions Compile and maintain up‑to‑date documentation, including evaluation reports, IFSPs, progress notes, and communication logs related to services provided to children and families. Collaborate with families, local school district personnel, and community agencies to support service coordination, continuity of care, and successful transitions. Provide consultation and guidance to team members and community partners regarding communication development, feeding, social communication, and early intervention best practices. Assist in the development of written materials such as procedures, guidelines, and training resources to support high‑quality early intervention services.
