Master's degree in communication disorders or speech-language pathology
- Current professional license from the WA State Department of Health (or in the process of obtaining one)
- Understanding of child development and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children
- Ability to get on the floor and play with the kids
- Social and creative mindset
- Self-motivation to do an amazing job and make a lasting difference for the kids
- Spanish fluency - preferred
Our Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist works closely with a talented multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure children with developmental disabilities and delays receive the individualized support they deserve. With an enthusiastic and energetic attitude, you'll engage with the kids, perform evaluations, and develop a tailored treatment plan. Focusing on aspects like feeding, language, speech, and other areas, you'll identify each patient's needs and implement the care plan to support their growth. Every day brings new opportunities to bond with the kids, learn more about the field, and make a lasting positive difference!
