How you’ll contribute Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ condition. Design and implement a plan of care appropriate to the problems identified that involves the patient and family. Educate and counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. Plan and/or assist with patient discharge from therapy services. Supervise activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel. Licenses: Licensed Speech Therapist; current licensure with WA Board of Speech‑Language Pathology & Audiology. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire. Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
