Job Title Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Location Kennewick, WA | Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Onsite Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes
- Float between two facility locations as needed
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Washington
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility required
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar clinical setting
- Ability to float between multiple facility locations
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment
- Familiarity with MDS documentation and skilled nursing facility workflows
