To support client care, the remote full-time Staffing Liaison will source, screen, and connect top talent with available cases while collaborating with candidates, families, and clinical leadership to ensure effective placements. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and prepare applicants for interviews with families and clients Oversee the recruiting and case-matching process from initial interview to offer acceptance Develop and refine scalable matching processes to optimize placements Required Qualifications: Associate degree required 2+ years of experience in recruiting/staffing Experience in the Behavioral Health industry and ATS is a plus Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
