Construction controller

Our client is looking for an experience construction controller that will be reporting directly into the owner. This person will have multiple direct reports and will act as a jack of all trades within accounting and finance. salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Financial Management
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish financial goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with insurance companies and agents to handle quotes, renewals, claims, and audits as necessary.
