We work closely with leadership and technical staff to produce high-quality materials that support business development efforts.Job DescriptionKPFF is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. This role provides administrative, logistical, coordination, and production support and helps ensure the marketing team operates efficiently and consistently across multiple concurrent pursuits and deadlines. The Marketing Assistant works collaboratively with marketing staff, Principals, clients, engineers, and internal teams to assist in the preparation of proposals, coordinate tasks, and contribute to client-facing deliverables. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
