Description: This is a 39-bed private room medical/surgical/respiratory unit. The unit utilizes an electronic medical record system. Every other weekend is required. Candidates must possess a valid RN license and relevant certifications. The position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective patient care.
