City Year
City Year is seeking an Academic Tutor & Mentor to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth in partner schools. In this full-time role, you’ll provide targeted tutoring, classroom support, and mentoring in collaboration with teachers and a diverse City Year team. Daily responsibilities include reinforcing lessons, leading small groups, tracking student progress, and building strong relationships that foster engagement and confidence. City Year offers training, professional development, and a collaborative, mission-driven environment where you can grow as a leader while making a meaningful impact on students’ success.
