Marketing & Business Development Manager

Law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities:- Lead RFP responses, pitches, and client presentations
- Partner with attorneys to build and execute business development strategies
- Coordinate firm participation in events, conferences, and speaking engagements
- Manage brand, promotional campaigns, and external communications
- Oversee directory and award submissions (Chambers, Legal 500)
- Supervise and mentor the BD and marketing team
- Generate fresh ideas to expand the firm's market presence
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 7+ years of law firm marketing/BD experience required
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, and website platforms a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally to firm offices and events
