The Payment Processing Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing payment processing operations for direct hire matters to ensure efficiency and accuracy for timely receipts. This role involves analyzing payment data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve payment processing workflows and minimize risks. The Payment Processing Analyst works closely with internal teams and billing partners to troubleshoot issues, resolve discrepancies, and enhance the overall payment experience for direct hire clients. Evaluate existing payment processing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Develop and implement strategies to streamline payment processes, reduce manual intervention, and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes Ensure the tracking and upkeep of a spreadsheet that identifies cases or matters requiring a credit card to be on file.
