Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - Full-Time or Part-Time

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers.

Offering $5k Sign on Bonus for Full time and $2,500k Sign on Bonus for Part time!

About the Role:

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health issues in older adults. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will help improve the quality of life for our older adult patients, promoting better physical health and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, screenings, and evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including therapy sessions, counseling, and education
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Provide family support and education to enhance patient outcomes
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Participate in peer consultation and professional development activities
