Automotive Business Development

Job Description Legend Motors is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our expanding sales team. As part of our team, you will work with dedicated professionals in a collaborative environment, with opportunities for recognition and career development. Essential Duties Follow up on dealership manifest and opportunities lists. Answer inbound calls from sales, service, parts, and body shop profit centers. Make outbound prospecting calls to invite prospects to the dealership. Perform CSI follow-up calls. Reschedule no-shows and missed appointments. Advise customers on parts orders, appointments, and recalls. Contact customers for test drives on the service drive. Perform other assigned tasks. Marginal Duties Participate in community activities with product knowledge and informational sessions. Qualifications Successful candidates should demonstrate product knowledge, professionalism, and empathy. Strong communication skills are essential for team-building and customer interactions.
